During the first year of warranty, you need to contact the retailer from whom you purchased the item. They will need the proof of purchase and pictures of the issue in order to claim on the warranty to the LifestyleGarden® warranty department.
From the second year of warranty, LifestyleGarden® will cover the issues directly. Please contact us using the contact form below, after select your country area, our warranty department will resolve the claim directly with you.
